This interesting small Welsh combo pen is made with a celulloid pattern patented by Kenneth Parker !!!!!
This is a mistery because this pattern was patented by Kenneth Parker as we can confirm in the Vacumatic book by Geoffrey Parker, David Shepherd and Dan Zazove ( pag. 117 ).
IT ALSO RAISES THE QUESTION ABOUT ANY PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN WELSH AND PARKER !
